It is a technical document of international reference that contains, among other aspects, recommendations for airport terminals. It includes the service levels that terminals must meet for passenger comfort. In the case of the new only-passenger terminal of the Jorge Chávez International Airport, as required by the concession contract, the “Optimum” level of service must be met.
