Commitment to cultural heritage
Since 2019, when we started the environmental conservation work, Lima Airport Partners (LAP) has carried out permanent archaeological monitoring, as part of its commitment to the care and preservation of the Nation’s cultural heritage. This work has allowed us to recover many evidences of the pre-Hispanic, colonial and republican occupation.
To date we have assumed the conservation of 52 recovered pieces and 39 of them have been declared by the Peruvian State as cultural heritage of the Nation.
We demonstrate with this that the construction of large infrastructures goes hand in hand with the commitment to preserve the cultural heritage of all Peruvians.
